Hadn't heard of it til now, but it looks neat!

I keep thinking about those sweet potato fries you mentioned. If you don't mind me asking, how did you make them?

Heehee, well, actually the ones we had were from Plumgood Food's frozen stuff, but you could make your own. Just cut up a sweet potato into thin strips, then drizzle olive oil on them (I almost wrote EVOO, darn Rachael Ray). In my opinion, sweet potatoes are pretty good on their own, but you could season them depending on what flavor you want to bring out (sweet, savory). Spread them apart on a cooking pan, then stick 'em in the oven at about 400 or so.

Mmm, sounds so yummy. I loooove olive oil in all forms. Will have to try this soon!

I've been curious about Plumgood for a while but just never got around to ordering from them because it seemed a bit daunting to get the tubs and everything. But I like the idea of being able to plan out healthy meals in advance without being in the store, since I tend to run for junk food once I'm actually at Kroger.

Do you know how far they're willing to deliver? We're one exit past the airport and I fear it would be too many miles outside of town. I guess I could check their website, but I figured you might know since your hubby works there, right? :)

Yep :)

And they would definitely deliver to you there. They deliver to most of middle TN, and I think even parts of KY.

The totes are insulated and have frozen ice packs in them, so everything stays cold! It's great. They deliver them to your door. And they pick it up the next time you order. If you aren't going to order for a while, you can let them know, and they'll come pick up your empty totes.
