I finally saw Across the Universe! It was great. If you love the Beatles' music, musicals in general, Evan Rachel Wood or any of the other great actors & singers, or just wanna see Bono singing "coo-coo-ca-choo", I highly recommend. It managed to avoid cheesiness, too.

Thursday I met with a personal trainer at the Y. And it was free. They have this program in which a trainer meets initially with a member, outlines an exercise program, then checks in every few weeks. So far so good - not too much soreness. But I just did the full workout today, so tomorrow I may swim if I'm hurting or sore.

And tonight? Fun will be had. Oh yes.

oh wow what's this? I think I need to call the Y!!! You'd think I'd know about these things what with working for them and all...

I didn't know you work for the Y. It's called First Steps or Phase 1 (the name recently changed).

(This is Sarah jones)Corey used to do that when he worked for the Y - he actually used to be a personal trainer, which is funny because , sure, he'd exercise like a fiend at the gym, but would be too lazy to walk across the room to get the remote or answer the phone at home! LOL

That is too funny!

I have found that exercising every day has given me a lot more energy, but I can't say it's all being put to use around the house or anything!
